I'm going to start going to the gym from tomorrow and i wanted to ask what do you guys eat pre workout and post workout? I'm going in the morning possibly 9 or a bit after so i was thinking a banana milkshake for pre workout for tomorrow... But i'm not sure if i should have normal breakfast AND then lunch after because it'll be quite high calorie altogether, or whether i should just have brunch when i get back like eggs on toast or something?

You can have both if you split calories the right way.
I'd say go fasted and come back and have a large meal, though.
