How do I get myself to sleep early? I always sleep so late from just doing random things (like going on TSR). Like now Ive stayed up til 4:20am and its turned light outside. Anyone else have this problem? Its pissing me off bc I wake up late and it kills the day. I also need to get into a good habit for exams starting next week. Someone give me some tips/motivation to be able to sleep early pls.

Because I left school last week for study leave I've kind of fallen into the same pattern, but been going to bed at 2am and waking up at 9am still tired - I usually wake up at 7 so this is really bad for me and makes me feel ****. So tonight I'm pulling an all nighter and just going to bed at like 9 or 10 tomorrow and waking up at 7. I've done this a few times, and the day with no sleep isn't great, but it's so worth it. And going to sleep and waking up earlier is so good for productivity which is really important at the moment. If you go to bed now you'll just be in the same pattern and you'll keep feeling awful, just have one painful day tomorrow and you'll feel great after

I've always had the night owl issues. I've found the only real answer is to force yourself to get up early with an alarm clock, no matter how little sleep you've had. Despite being tired during this time, do a lot of cardio exercise, this will force you to fall asleep (crash really) much earlier than you are used to. The first couple of days are a little tough, but I've found that I re-adjust very quickly mixing in the exercise.

Just start getting up early regardless of when you go to sleep and then you will be tired enough to sleep at a reasonable time.
