Does the SFE PFF2 require colour? Double-sided?

Hello,

I called SFE this morning due my parents mixing up Person 1 & 2 between themselves(father is linked with my mother's name on my homepage and vice versa) which I was unable to fix, and they advised me to print the following form(filled out with a letter stating what my customer reference number is and explaining why I'm sending it through the post) to send it to them:

So my question is when I print this form will it require colour?
Should I print it double-sided or not?

Or whether it is printed with colour or double-sided will not matter?

As long as the info is readable i dont believe that it matters.
