Hi so I am currently writing up my Chemistry assessment piece on the fermentation of Ginger Beer while it is brewing. I am really struggling with what to write as I do not have the understating of the concepts involved. I need help with Chemical Equations, Hessa's Law, enthalpy; to answer the question: “what chemistry is going on to make ginger beer what it is, before and after bottling”.
