    Today i maxed on bench press and deadlift, 70kg and 110kg, respectively. Are these good for my stats and what can i do to improve?

    Start training for strength. 4-6 rep range. I'd recommend Jonnie Canditos 4-week program (google it). Its pretty effective if done right.
