I did edexcel AS psychology alongside biology, chemistry and geography. Personally, I found AS psychology the hardest of all my subjects; you're required to learn massive amounts of studies with facts and figures for each. If you have a good memory, you'll do well in psychology but my strengths lie with the sciences which may be why I struggled.

I got a B in AS psychology however, I resat the unit 2 exam this year to hopefully bring it up to an A.

I've heard that it's a good subject and I wanted to do it for A-level but it can be pretty stressful because all the studies you have to know but if you're really interested in it then you'll have a good time

Thanks! Well I was thinking of doing Edexcel IAL Psychology in addition to my existing combination of Business Studies, Economics and Law. Would it by any chance overlap?

I don't think there'd be any overlap, the only overlap I found was with biology and psychology. (Designing experiments, parts of the brain) however, doing psychology alongside those A levels would show universities a broad set of skills at your disposal. Good luck!
