    Anybody got any amazon links for Laptops that can edit full 1080p HD video for long periods of time without issue?

    I know a macbook would be best because of the processing power and Final Cu Pro X but they're so expensive, are laptops cheaper?

    I was thinking about a desktop but I'd rather have portability and I'd say around £500

    I read that RAM is more important for video editing, i recently ordered an acer aspire f5-571 for my video editing with the specs;

    - 8GB RAM
    - Intel i3 Core 2.00ghz Processor
    - 1tb of storage

    i plan on using adobe premiere so when that laptop arrives and is set up i'll let you know how well it works for video editing. this one cost me 245 but you can get the 2tb version and also the RAM can be upgraded to like 16gb
