    I had huevos rancheros at a cafe at the weekend and it was amazing :daydreaming:



    I think it's taken over from my old fave of avocado and poached egg on toast.

    Mine is eggs, toast, coffee/tea, sausages, waffles....
    And pancakes with Nutella in between.

    I agree, Sunday brunch is the best!

    Nutella Pancakes are the best! I used to make them at uni all the time but I had forgotten about them...

    Might have Sunday's brunch plans sorted now

    They are just so awesome...:so good:
    I made some a few weeks ago now, but I was lazy and just put Nutella in between the pancake layers. :rofl:

    It's a Bulgarian pastry with pumpkin and spice...it's like a super sweet pumpkin, filo pastry thing :lol:

    Huevos Rancheros is amazing, one of my favourite things to cook.

    Recently I've grown fond of eggs Benedict, though, a decent poached egg on toast with a slice of smoked ham is a good alternative when all the ingredients aren't available
