Does anyone know of any free weight loss plans (i.e. exercise plans) that I can do for 3 months?

I'm going to reduce my calorie intake, but I also need an exercise plan to stick with and keep me focused.

Basically I want to lose about a stone to a stone and a half by mid September (uni!).

    Thanks

It's very achievable to lose 1 stone in 3 months on diet alone.

    1 stone is around 49000 calories worth of fat (1lb of fat =3500 calories x 14 lbs (1 stone) = 49000

divide that by 90 days (approx) and you only need to be at a deficit of 544 calories a day.

So all you have to do to lose the weight is calculate your TDEE and then eat 550 calories below that a day. By doing that you will lose the weight you desire within the time frame without exercise. If you then add exercise to the mix you will increase the speed at which you lose weight (as exercise increase your TDEE thus increases the calorie deficit). So I wouldn't worry too much about following a specific exercise plan. Just do whatever exercise you enjoy and you're more likely to stick to it.

But my TDEE is 1700 a day so I'd have to eat 1200 which is crazy . I work at a desk btw. I guess I could go jogging to increase the TDEE.

That's with no exercise. With exercise your TDEE will be higher.

I feel your pain my TDEE is 1600, sucks to be a woman.

Omg 1600. It's so hard sticking to low calories. I'm definitely going to have to increase my exercise a lot.
