    I'm 5 ft 1, 15 years old, female and I weigh 91 pounds (under 7 stone).
But here's the thing: I JUST CANNOT SEEM TO GAIN WEIGHT NOR MUSCLE, so it must be genetic, right? I'm constantly called a twig because of my weight, and I thought being slim was a good thing..
So what 'exactly' must I do?

you cant really do much your metabolism is very high, hence why you find it hard to gain weight, its same with me, its extremeeeely hard to put on weight, what i do is just bang out rice and proteins, they tend to help me. I also tend to eat alot of fibre, so stuff coming from oats, lentils and stuff. also regular excersise os good, yes the stereo type is you lose weight however u also gain weight too as your body is processing things faster during excercise.

im 5.11 and 105 pounds and im 16 years old.

I'm almost exactly the same. I'm 17, five foot and fluctuating a couple of pounds around 100 (so like 98-102 ish). So long as you're healthy and eating properly, it's fine! Well, I'm in pretty much a similar situation and it's been alright!
