    Good evening all,

I am currently in the process of deciding which University option to choose to study my Msc Real Estate at.

Currently I have applied and received an offer from The University College of Estate Management which is a distance online learning course which costs £7960.

I have applied to Reading University which is my preferred choice due to the course nodiles which are much more flexible and suited to my short and long term goals. Also, the style of teaching is one module taught in a one week residential block of intense lectures and workshops etc.

However, the cost is £1950 per module (9 in total) making it double the cost of the alternative... I really want to attend Reading but is the course really worth it?

I already have a business degree from Middlesex University which kind of made
Me regret going to one of the better Universities for that degree.

As I am working in property management with an aim of becoming a chartered management surveyor and gaining further experience ultimately aiming to become an acquisition/investment manager.

Would appreciate your thoughts and experiences of these two courses.
