I battled an eating disorder at 14, I lost 30 pounds. It has been 3 years now, I'm 18 and it's all coming back to me.

I recently visited an eating disorder chat forum (I won't name it but it's the famous one) and I don't know what happened, I felt myself being sucked into it all over again. I am stressed out about A-levels and this is all actually making me feel worse.

If never used that website before, but now I log on to it to stop myself eating or to type out a binge. I'm actually so depressed and I've also been battling depression all year round.

I do need to lose some weight but now I'm restricting like crazy all over again, and binging and feeling like **** and I feel like that same worthless 14 year old girl all over again.

I feel so, so, so out of control.

Heya sugar, i had mild anorexia a few years ago and i know how you feel with the coming back again tho mine is stress related. All i can recommend is not going to the chat you've been on and staying calm. exams will go as they go as long as you revise and you have no need to worry (tho as someone that does i know how well that works sometimes :P ) I think you need to get some assistance for your depression so you can start to feel better and i think that will help everything if you go to ask your doctor for CBT or counselling that might help One thing you should always remember tho is that you should be so proud of yourself for fighting depression because i know how hard it can be at times so you've got to be pretty amazing to just do that. ake life one day at a time and everything will get better

My friend goes by the phrase "everything will turn out fine in the end, if its not fine, then its not the end"
    Get well soon x

Thank you for your kind message, after typing out this post I deleted my account, I realised it's making everything worse. I did have binge earlier and now I have belly ache and feel awful!

It's difficult because when I restrict, I almost always binge and then the cycle starts off again.

Tomorrow I'm planing on sticking to 3 meals a day. I'm just disappointed in myself that I let it start all over again :-(
