I am a student of Chartered Accountancy. I am having trouble concentrating in class and while studying at home. I am a good student, always have been but these past few months I have failed to reach my potential and failed to study properly. How can I get my concentration levels back on for long periods of time?
Maybe its a diet problem, If so what should I eat?
Or some other problems so please suggest me a solution

    Hi,RA_Usama95! How are you?

I didn't ask it for no reason. I think it's important for you to think how you are doing. Maybe this lack of concentration is due your emotional state, you can be anxious or overthinking about these things. Most of all, don't push yourself too hard.

I think that it's important to have a balanced diet, try to eat more vegetables and avoid junk food, they make you very anxious. And I also agree with bookworm548, coffee can help you concentrate, specially if you have lots of things to do, it can help you a lot. Try not to exagerate.

And the most important thing: sleep well! Believe me, a good night of sleep can help you a lot with your studies.

If nothing works, maybe try to find professional help.

    Good luck!
