    sigh..
It depends what theyre putting you down on, they are your family so they should be supportive and nice, I recommend taking a step back and getting out of the house, maybe go for a walk? and listen to tunes

however there could be some right, just like the yin yang, every right has wrongs and every wrong has right

if theyre putting you down academically could you be trying harder?
if its about your health, could you be healthier?
if its about quotas on stuff like coming home late/limit drinking/smoking do you think its truly good for you in the long run?

most families look out for you in the long run, even if its sacrifices the short term so maybe they are right in something?

either that or theyve just had a bad day and theyre taking it out on you! just leave their line of sight then and do something you love!
