    We all know the usual: exercising, eating healthy, keeping hydrated, sleeping good. But are there any other physically doable activities that y'all have done and have noticed an improvement in your health and well being?

    Some sort of balance is so important - juggling your work needs, emotional needs, relationships, hobbies. It isn't easy but when you hit the sweetspot it is worth it!
