I have an offer for PolSci (ABB), however, I am certain I will likely get A*BC or A*AC rather than the stated ABB. Will that mean I will be rejected?

Think it depends on how many make the grades and is it in critical subjects

I'm in the same boat with my course! I went to a university of Birmingham open day and asked this question, and they said that they obviously can't be certain as every department may differ, but that if your requirements are ABB getting the equivalent will be most likely accepted. So that means you will meet it with A*BC! Also, if you have done the Extended Project Qualification in year 13 they really like that, and will take that into consideration, along with other things like general studies, AS grades, predicted grades and your personal statement. So I am sure you will be fine!
