# Calculator Troubles Watch

1. I had a biology question and it asked me to square 0.04,
like 0.04 x 0.04. My calculator came up with 1.6x 10 (little ten) to the power of negative 3.
The answer is 0.0016 I think and I'm worried because I have an exam tomorrow and if it asks me a similar question I won't be able to answer it.
Is there any way to make my calculator show the value in the way I want it or should I buy another calculator? ty
2. 0.04² does equal 0.0016, there is no issue with the calculator, you can check the answer on any other calculator. What calculator do you have?
