Usually anything written where it says not to write will not be marked....that sounds very odd though, I have never seen a do not write section down the middle of the page...what exam board and subjects are you concerned about?

If you didn't want what you wrote in those area to be marked then it isn't a problem. You wont lose any marks for it.

You won't be able to do anything yet, most papers are scanned in and the "do not write" bits are not.
However, don't panic! When your results come out, go through your college to appeal the grade. this will then get your paper actually sent to a marker and they will be able to see the error you made is not because of lack of knowledge. Hopefully if you don't have a grumpy marker, they will come back marked
Good luck OP

So I've worked incredibly hard for my AS Levels and I feel like they've all gone very well.
The only thing is, I noticed today on my penultimate exam that there is a section down the middle of the page that says don't write in this area. Only thing is, I think I did just that. Is that on all exams? Does that mean I'll drop loads of marks? If so then I think I've screwed up my AS Levels. 😭😭

Anyone who pays for a remark means the paper will be marked manually to see if the errors in marking were electric and not human. If you get a disappointing mark, send them off and they'll see the page you wrote on
