Hi, recently, when I have been revising for my exams, I have all of a sudden somehow developed a sort of photographic memory, and I can quote most of my biology textbook. Is this even possible, I mean, what is this???

don't worry you were not born with this power. it develops in the early stages of life. i have it too.
for my core bio exam i could quote the textbook word for word too!! but AQA decided we have to apply knowledge instead, so my powers have been wasted.

I knew someone who said she taught herself into developing a photographic memory. It didn't work for me though. I can remember the layout of the writing of the notes but not what they say.

lol by the way for an actual answer, its normal. especially when I'm learning a new topic i havent revised before, the whole paragraph sticks to my head. i really wish i did have photographic memory though.

I have it to but it works best with languages. I memorized 6 detailed paragraphs of french for speaking exam in 3 days (about 2 hours each day)
