it's my first day fasting today and i'm finding it difficult. It's not the hunger, it's more drinking water whilst revising. I am currently doing my A2 exams and I generally drink up 7-8 bottles a day (sometimes more) and revise all day with frequent breaks. I have an exam tomorrow so yesterday I revised from after Isha (11:40) to 1pm. I cannot revise after suhoor since I be really tired, so today I woke up at 9 to revise, but cannot concentrate on my work, even though I made sure to drink 5 bottles last night and ate a suhoor of porridge and oats. I'm not hungry but it is the tension headaches I get from revising. when I get these, I always drink water to calm them. I cannot do that because I am fasting.I am unsure on whether or not I should fast tomorrow on my exam day. My exam is at 1pm and finishes at 3pm.. I feel extremely guilty if I miss my fast, so I just need some guidance.. on what you should think I should do?
