I have Succession Law in 8 days..I have read and re-written all of my notes on which we will be examined, for FIVE times over the last 3-4 weeks and I can remember a good chunk of what I did. That being said, my mind is trying its best to tell me that I should have just read and re-read the material 10 more times rather than writing it all down (which takes a bit of time). That maybe I've chosen a bad method to study by re-writing. However, whenever I try to test myself on whether I know a particular issue of the law, most of the times I remember it correctly. Still my stupid brain is trying everything to make my studying miserable by making me think that I should avoid the exam next week and sit for it in the next session, despite the fact that I'm 100% sure I have prepared well for this exam (even more than in study units I got a grade A in)
And actually passed?
