I have joined the gym and will going nearly everyday until September (I'll be back at college then). My mom says there's no point paying for the gym membership then and to just pay a go twice a week. I'm scared that if I loose weight I'll gain it all back again. Will this happen. Do I need to exercise the same amount to not gain back weight and if I do less exercise will I gain weight?

Weight loss occurs if you burn more than you consume.
It stays the same if you burn the same amount.
It increases if you burn less.
On the basis you will lose weight becayse you are at a calorific deficit, then you will only gain weight if you find yourself in a calorific surplus. If you eat just the amount you need, then you wont gain weight.
