Okay so the rumours are heavily geared towards it being a Skyrim remake, but personally I'd love to see Oblivion remade. Great game.

Skyrim doesn't need to be remade, I still have the original version and still play to this day. I'd be nice if it was something like Morrowind

Same, definitely agree a remake is too soon. And yeah it's the only game I'm playing at the moment. I didn't play Morrowind, so not sure how well it compares to Oblivion.

Skyrim remaster would be a complete and utter waste of time and resources. The game ain't that old and people will have played it to death by now, and I can't see the graphics being a substantial improvement anyway due to console limitations (plus, whatever Bethesda did pump out would be overshadowed by the mods out already on PC).

If they WERE to do a remake, I'd wager it would be Oblivion or Morrowind. I'd hope for Oblivion in a way because it was a fantastic game but a more varied environment wouldn't have gone a-miss (and would give them opportunity to make it more lore-friendly)! Morrowind because it's an absolute gem!

Yeah, I don't really want remakes. I want new games.

    Are these remakes for VR?

Shame, I'd have loved a Morrowind remake. Absolute gem of a game. Oblivion was so-so imo.

I don't think so. They're just to take advantage of the "new" consoles capabilities. Skyrim was released PS3/Xbox 360 gen.

    Fantastic.

I've also heard you'll be able to have mods on console versions.

I would've liked an Oblivion remake, but I'm satisfied.
