im 15 and i have a body fat percentage (website used measurements such as waist, neck, weight, biceps etc) of 17.5%. My goal is 10%. At the moment i am running regularly, (3 miles every other day and a fast mile every other day) and i do 200 press ups a day, 200 sit ups, 150 squats, 200 calf raises, 50 pull ups and 50 dips. Should i try something different? am i doing it wrong? how long until i start to see results?
