Those of you who have been supplied the higher end CAD systems under a DSA award should check the actual specification of your system.
In my case I double checked the specification prior to supply and it was a good thing that I did.
Despite my needs assessment stating CAD level system and that being approved. The quote reference number actually related to a base level system, the needs assessor actually filed a fake quote, using the specs of a cad & base level system, so that the lower quote would be that one.
When in fact the system quoted did not even exist.
SFE have done everything they can to cover up what has happened and keep trying to give me the run around about this.
What should I do?
