So I'm thinking either radiography or s&l therapy or mental health nursing or even work for some health organisation. I just always had a passion for a science related career...

I want to do a course which is quick as possible as I'm already a graduate and working last 2 years in a career in hate. Also there are course fees and career progression to think of. I live in London so which one could I get a job in more easily.

    Any ideas?

All the above courses which you've mentioned are 3 year degrees. No such thing as quick as possible (?)

    Have you graduated?

IMO mental health nursing would go well with psychology. You've got a degree so you can do mental health nurse training in two years.
