My hand just feels heavy and it feels like an effort to write - my writing isn't even normal because my hand feels odd.

I don't think it's anything serious - i just have an exam tomorrow and i really need to rewrite these notes haha. Does anyone go through something similar / have any advice on how to get it working again

If you are writing notes for a long period of time, the muscles in your hands can get tired. This can lead to something called Repetitive Strain Injury. This can make your hand feel heavy and ache a lot, you might also have the sensation of pins and needles. All you have to do is take a break and rest your hand. If you are concentrating for a long period of time this can also make you feel tired, which is why it feels harder to write.

You could always try recording notes using dictation or on a video. You don't always have to write everything down.
