Hello. I have secured a place at a university and received a scholarship covering half of my tuition fees. The problem is that my course (postgraduate level) is not eligible for the SAAS student loan in 2016/17 (besides I do not fully meet the residency requirements, either). I am not able to pay the rest of entrance fees myself. Are there any other valid options for acquiring student loans in Scotland? With one week to go (I must accept or decline the scholarship offer), I am afraid there aren't many possibilities left. Or are there? All I can find are potentially fraudulent websites, extortionate offers, and conflicting information.
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
