The question 6 I think where you have an inclined plane and you have to find 'Mew'. Did anyone else get that really quickly and easily?

I just solved vertically and horizontally and did it in half a page. It bugged me though because there was 3 pages of room to show your working?

Yeah i wouldnt worry - the answer is 0.73 or 0.727 according to some unofficial mark schemes ive seen. I think a lot of the time they give you a lot of space in case you have to cross loads of stuff out, and ya kno, some people have massive handwriting

Yeah I was really confused! 4 lines of working out and a bit of drawing on the given diagram was all I needed. 0.73, yes? 10 marks!
To be honest, the paper as a whole was very fun. Challenging, but not painful!

Similar questions in past papers often reward multiple marks for certain lines of working. It's easy to slip up so they give you plenty of accuracy marks.

    I got 0.72 too, btw.

Solving horizontally and vertically is an ugly way of doing it.
    JLegion, the answer wasn't 0.72 so I hope that's a typo!

It was! I got 0.727, fortunately I rounded it to 2 sig figs correctly in the paper.

Lol I spent like 3 mintutes drawing a fancy diagram (pencil/ruler and everything), only to do 2/3 lines of subsequent working. Nice question though, can't complain
