In the exam today I ended up doing the wrong sections at the end; I did changing economy of the UK and changing settlements in the UK whereas I was meant to be doing changing settlements in the UK and challenges of the rural world. Will I still get the marks?

The markers won't know which ones your school are doing, it's fine.
Did you check the box at the top?

you answered questions from the same section: you can only get a maximum of the number of marks in one section. its either changing settlements or economy AND either rural world or urban world. basically u cant get higher than 15 or soemthing for that section even if both of your answers were perfect. how do i know this? read the start of a mark scheme and youll get it
