Gaining about 0.5 kg of weight a week some weeks might be more or less give and take really.
Looking to hit the mid 80s - Current body fat is around 13-17% so what will be my rough body fact at the end?
Also will be body look any bigger (im 6`3 so in clothes i dont even look like i lift brah feels bad man)
Been a bit of a pussy really atm have exams ATM but from next week its back to the gym (yes excuses)
Give me some realistic expectations of how much muscle i can gain and if i can look half decent by then?
Currently dont look too bad (IIBH) not really bulky but not really scrawny - Chest is my WEAKNESS. Got about 15.5 arms rn reckon 16/16.25 is possible?
Current chest is about 37 (LOL) realistic gain 40/42?
Gotta mention been training about a year but now im going to give 110%

If you've already been lifting a year, its not likely that you'll gain that much muscle in that time. Most of it will be fat.
This takes time. Just be consistent and know your end goal and your reason for working towards it.
