Hi, I have a Dutch friend who wants to do A-Levels. He's 18 (his birthday was on Sunday) and doesn't know whether college is free or if he has to pay. Can he go to college without GCSEs qualification? Can he still study at college even with his age? Or can he not?

    Please Help!! Thank you!

With GCSEs he'll definitely need GCSE Maths and English Language. I think he should spend like a year learning and getting those and a few other GCSEs if he can. Then spend the next two years doing A-Levels. Yes he can still can go college, but to get further details call up the local colleges in the area he will live in to get further details.

Well i'm sure that all depends on which college he wants to go to. Just search up the college on google and see the college's requirements then you'll know.
