Cluster headache when reading out loud watch

    • Thread Starter

When I read out loud I get a cluster headache and a really sharp pain inside my head and I get quite lightheaded as though there is nothing enough oxygen inside my head. Does anyone else suffer with things and what would you suggest I do to not have headaches anymore

I know of cluster bombs but not of cluster hedaches

Sounds unusual. You should keep a diary and mention it to your GP on the next visit. Try the following:

    1. It might be you arent breathing properly. So dont forget to breathe.
    2. Make sure you have had enough fluids and food to rule out hydration and blood sugar issues.
    3. Dont read aloud, but if you have to start by practice with a few minutes and then gradually build up by adding an extra minute a day. It might just be tension and anxiety.

Keep the diary and see how you get on.

Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
