Any help would be apperciated. I accidently broke the coupler which connects my laptop network card to the UTP cable (is this making any sense?). I was wondering if it is possible to buy a new coupler without having to buy a new network card too. My bf thinks you cant. Thanks in advance for advice

I am not sure why you would need a coupler, a coupler is just a device with two of the same type of plug at each end, for example two female sockets. This can be used to extend cables. So I am not sure why you need the coupler in this instance (maybe you mean somthing else)

Anyway www.maplin.co.uk sell most kinds of couplers that exist. You may need an RJ45 one.
