I studied between 2007-2011. In my third year I did a year abroad in the US and incurred a debt. I recently paid this debt as my home university here in England was holding my results to ransom until this debt was cleared. I paid £4,085 on the 12/04/2016. They emailed me a couple of weeks ago in a nutshell telling me they cannot find my results from my second term in the US which I just paid for. I am supposed to graduate next month and have a masters application pending that will be withdrawn soon unless I produce a official transcript. I have emailed heads of my former department but no response. I wondered if anyone had any advice for me.

Use the phone, dont just rely on email.
Why can't you try to trace it through the US?
    Keep the masters perople informed.

Well if they can't give it to you then I suppose you gotta make one yourself in Photoshop... and don't be too keen on giving yourself the actual marks... If your university can't prove you wrong you got 90% in every module
