    Do these 2 have the same adaptations for gas exchange(diffusion):
    Good blood supply
    thin walls
    Folded so have larger surface for diffusion.
    Network of capillaries for distribution of soluble food.


    Are there any other adaptations?

    You've pretty much got it.

    The only thing that you might want to add is that the alveoli have a moist lining so that oxygen dissolves first, which means oxygen diffuses into the blood faster.
