I never said it was perfect, just very low crime.

"Per capita GDP is far above most other Third World countries"... perhaps explaining the low crime. There are vocational state schools here where they learn practical skills and if your parents are employed in the government (48% of the population) then education is free or subsidised.

Armed robbers? Just doesn't happen.
