Does anybody know that if i have registered for a complete alevel exam but i give only the components that are required at the A S Level stage and miss the Alevel components of the particular subject, would my result contain the results of the Alevel as a whole or will it state the results as my AS results. I had to miss one of my exams recently due to a sudden surgery so that's why i need to know.
If I miss my Alevel exam component will i still get a AS result watch

I think in situations like this, you contact your school, who can explain to the exam board what's going on. Medical evidence may be needed, but, if you've recently had surgery, I'd imagine the likes of a doctors letter would be easy to obtain.
I know that if you miss one exam, your subject teacher provides information/evidence on your mock exam marks and predicted grade, which then allows the exam board to allocate you a mark (for example, if you had a B in the mock and had an A as a predicted grade, you might get a high B/low A).
I'm not sure what happens if you miss more than one exam, but I would have though that a similar procedure would be undertaken, since your situation sounds pretty serious and you couldn't help it. But it might be best to contact your school or even email/phone the exam board yourself, just so you know what will happen and so that everybody is kept in the loop.
Good luck whatever happens.
