# GCSE Maths 2016 Grade Boundary Predictions???

Last year it was only 155/200 for A*.
My teachers say that this years will be 170/200 for an A*. Would Edexcel increase the grade boundary by that amount? In fact, it has been decreasing over the past few years, so it wouldn't make sense for them to increase it at all.

However, this years exam was relatively easier than last years.
This is my first ever post, I don't know if I'm doing this right :|

For June and November 2015 the grade boundaries were 125 and 135 respectively (for an A, that is all i can remember). According to most the tests were easy so don't expect them to be too low. I dont think they will go higher than 139 though. I also know i wont have gotten an A*

It's a wild guess.

For an A:
2012 - 128
2013 - 131
2014 - 133
2015 - 125.

Seems about right. The paper was challenging in a generous way.

Yeah I think that would be a safe B, and here's some predicted grade boundaries off of a website I found:

A* - 170
A - 140
B - 110
C - 70

But edexcel shouldn't increase the a grade mark by 10 marks, especially if paper one was found to be hard nationwide

Yh the paper/ were harder than 2014 but easier than 2015 so I think 130-132 for an A
