Friends tell me that a guy likes me and he is socially awkward. He uses the push and pull technique to engage with me and then disappears. The final straw was the other day he was advertising his language class to an au pair group on Facebook saying how he can help them. I found that quite disturbing as he is in his 30s and does not have children and is preying on au pairs now. I have deactivated my Facebook since for the past few days. Why do I keep believing these lies that he is shy yet is on 3 different dating websites and advertising himself to au pairs. He doesn't sound shy to me, I feel like such a mug and need help moving on.
