Problems with my application

Hi there,

Im having a nightmare with the process of my student finance application.
I applied straight away in February when the application forms came out and sent all the required evidence for residency. Since then they haven´t been able to process it even though Ive spent literally hours on the phone with them. Every single time they assure me that its gonna be sorted and updated by the end of the next week. To be honest Im sick of it and desperate at the same time.

Is there anything else I could do? I feel there is no point calling them again to spent another half an hour mainly on hold to hear that it will be definitely done by the end of next week.
