International student accommodation question

Hi guys, I'm a 22 year old PhD student from Egypt, starting in October. I very recently got my offer so feel like I'm applying for accommodation a bit late and I have no idea how any of this works!
I'm ideally looking for somewhere pretty quiet, a studio within walking distance/quick bus ride to Northumbria. Any recommendations? I checked the uni website and only Trinity Square has studios at the moment, my other option is Lovaine Halls. I don't really want to share a flat at all.

Also if someone could walk me through the process of applying that would be fantastic.

Hi! If you want to rent a studio, why don't you rent a private student accommodation with a reasonable price & good facilities. You could check out this website: www.student.com

(I will also have my postgraduate study at Northumbria University in this September, and I just booked a room in Plummer House, Market Street, Newcastle via Collegiate-ac.com)
