i am really stressed about alevels, I think the A* for maths should be in the bag, and an A or A* in physics is doable for me, but further maths is really killing me. I might scrape an A but I could dip into a B.

I'm sure this is tedious to ask but would they let me in if I get A*AB or A*A*B?

edit: update for anyone interested, I got in so its good! got average 89 in further maths which im very happy about

It's pretty difficult to say really. The typical offer for physics is A*AA right? If you get A*AB then you'll only have missed by one grade. I'm not sure how lenient Warwick are, or how lenient the physics admissions department is, but I think the university also takes into account how much you've missed the grade by, so if you get a high B you may have a decent chance. There's probably a little bit of leeway, but only the admissions department would know exactly how much. Basically I don't think anyone can say for definite whether or not you would still get in, as it depends on a lot of different factors, like how many offer holders meet their offer etc... In any case, good luck

I've just finished my 3 year Physics course - I got in with A*A*BBB (my offer was A*AA). I'd say you'll "probably" be ok with A*A*B, but A*AB would really depend on what the competition is like for your entry year.
