How do you ease suffering from hayfever? Mine's so bad and suddenly flared up badly last night. I took a tablet when it woke me up but it doesn't seem to have worked x

I take a hayfever tablet every day (I alternate between cetirizine and loratadine), put Vaseline around my nostrils to stop the pollen going up them and wash my face regularly

Ooo the Vaseline tip sounds good. Yeah I'll wash my face more if I'm at home. I need to look into the difference between the 2 types of meds. Thanks

Like Leviathan1741 I've found that taking cetirizine and the Vaseline tip works for me. I've also found that wearing sunglasses whenever I go outside during the day helps to prevent watery, itchy eyes.

You can use a nose spray like beconase as well as the tablets, and eye drops too.

Idk if this actually works but it's worth a try. Buy some locally sourced honey from you area and have a spoon of it everyday. Make sure it's been made by bees in your town/city not from elsewhere.
