Hi I am choosing to do a 5000 word dissertation on mental health and how it effects the court room within court cases. I need some help on where to start as I need to hand in 1000 words of research along with an application to start with which needs to be of as high quality as possible as this will not only allow me on the extra course but form my target grade which will go off with my uni application.

    Please help, thanks,

    Look up Bradley Waldrop

You might then like to go into how Mental Illness is made to excuse (debatable) serious crimes.
Maybe about cases of injustice as well as injustice based on the verdict that someone was classed as Mentally Ill. Refer to laws that govern when an individual can be considered "mentally unstable" e.g. how many tests they need to take from how many different psychiatrists

Also you can then look at differences across different countries Hope this is still helpful.
This was really helpful thank you so much!!!! I feel like I can finally get started.
