    Well I'm classed as obese at 13 stone 7 pounds and 5'5 and I'm going to go on a juice cleanse for a week and then clean eat. I'll post results and if anyone wants to join feel free.

    Don't do that, the drop in calorie intake will cause your body to store even more calories as fat when you start eating normally again. Just reduce your calories gradually and start doing more exercise daily

    It takes a while to cause significant metabolic damage.

    That said, IMO, a juice cleanse is pointless.

    You're really fat so you can just eat at a large caloric deficit (I'd strongly recommend some weight training, as well) and fat will melt off.

    On second thoughts, maybe the OP is better off consulting her GP, instead of going on pointless faddy diets that could potentially damage her
