Hi, I am revising for the edexcel history exam on Tuesday. However, the date of the introduction of the retenmark I cannot seem to clearly find. The text book and some sites say November 1923 while other 15th October 1923. Does anyone know which one it is? Thanks

The exam would never ask you for a specific date and you will not score any extra marks by know the exact date, knowing the year is the most important thing
