Hi, I have a group of about 5 or 6 'main' friends that I hang out with at lunch, we've known each other since we were 11 (we're now 16). I sometimes feel as though I am excluded from this group though. I always have to be the one to make a plan to go out and even then they will all come up with excuses to not go but then they will meet up with each other behind my back. Even after that they will talk about it (after they've been out) in front of me, post loads of pictures on Facebook etc. What can I do to stop this? I also try and contribute to the conversations they have but am always ignored and talked over so after about 4 or 5 attempts I give up. This is really starting to get on my nerves as I cannot make any other friends (our year is really small at school and everyone else has their separate friendship groups). They're in most of my classes as well and it feels like I am invisible and that they just don't seem to notice my attempts to interact. Also (sorry this is so long), they deliberately exclude me/delete me from other group chats. Please help. Again, sorry this is so long. Many thanks xxx

You're probably just gonna have to bare with it and leave them alone cause they obviously don't want you around so there is no need to force it. Just make new friends outside of school like in a youth club or at another club. The school year is ending soon anyways. Just ignore them and if any of them actually care for your existence then they will speak to you.
