Hi, I am applying to do an EPQ qualification on top of 3 A-Levels, Sociology, Media and English Literature. I would like to study mental health within the court room and how it effects it for example going into depth about depression maybe if someone didn't keep up with their payments so they were sent to court and if people with mental health issues should be sent to prison or sent to a separate place to get psychiatric help. How could I phrase this into a question?

    My brief is:
    To include:
    Your research idea
The question you want to pose
Your plan – how you might address the question
A literary review – 1,000 words, covering 3-4 sources (NOT Wikipedia)
    The problems you have encountered
    The strengths of your proposal
How you might change your idea

Please could someone help as I've got 4 days to hand this in and I really want to do a good job as it will be my predicted grade for the course as I'm not sure what a literary review is?

    Thanks so much.
