    Every morning and evening I do about 20-30 push-ups. How do I increase this amount without breathing like crazy?

    Practice will help you build up endurance. Try doing one more each day. You sould also do resistance training down the gym

    Id do 10-15 push-ups any time you had a spare minute. Aim for like 5 times a day. They'll improve quickly

    Remember to eat properly. Training without nutrition results in massively decreased progress

    I like the 100 push up programme- google it. It doesn't really work in the weeks stated, you'll almost certainly need to repeat weeks, but it does work overall

    Start at 25 and Add on one more each day - slow but effective
